Privacy Policy

Your thoughts stay yours.

One Thing: Just One is designed to keep the core of your daily practice on your device.

Effective date: July 24, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how One Thing: Just One (“the app”, “we”, “us”) handles information when you use the app.

Information you create in the app

Tasks, completion status, moods, and reflections that you enter in the app are stored locally on your device using iOS storage. We do not provide an account system or a cloud-sync service for this information.

Because this information is stored locally, deleting the app or resetting your device may remove it. You are responsible for any backup available through your device settings.

Service providers

We use Firebase, a Google service, to support app functionality. Firebase may process limited technical and network information needed to provide that service, such as device and app information, IP address, and Firebase installation identifiers. We do not use Firebase to store the tasks, moods, or reflections you create in the app.

Google’s handling of information is governed by the Google Privacy Policy.

Accounts, advertising, and notifications

The app does not require an account or sign-in. It does not include third-party advertising, and it does not send push notifications.

Children’s privacy

The app is not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when the app changes. The effective date at the top of this page will be updated when a change is published.
